Delivery from Axyron

Delivery availability and charges depend on the product and destination. Please check the product page and checkout before placing your order.

UK supplier-stock range

Products identified as UK dispatch are sent directly from UK supplier stock. Standard delivery to eligible addresses in England and Wales costs £2.99 for orders below £25 and is free for orders of £25 or more. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery. The estimated arrival time is 3–5 working days from order placement. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

We currently do not offer delivery of this range outside England and Wales. If checkout does not accept your destination or postcode, please contact us before ordering. Remote or island postcodes may be excluded; the available checkout options apply.

Processing and tracking

Orders are arranged with our fulfilment suppliers on working days. When your parcel is dispatched, we will provide the available tracking details by email. Items may arrive separately when fulfilled from different suppliers. Contact us if your order has not arrived by the stated estimate.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, email info@axyron.co.uk promptly. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If a parcel is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number. Photos of damage can help us resolve a problem, but a request to report issues promptly does not limit your statutory rights. Axyron remains your point of contact for delivery and returns support.
