Standard delivery to eligible England and Wales addresses costs £2.99 for orders below £25 and is free from £25. The threshold uses your order subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery.

How long does delivery take?

UK-dispatch products have an estimated standard delivery time of 3–5 working days from order placement. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please check the product page and shipping policy for details.

We will email the available tracking details when your parcel is dispatched. Contact us with your order number if you need an update or your parcel is overdue.

How do I request a return?

Email info@axyron.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our policy provides a 30-day return request window, with conditions explained in the returns policy. Your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are unaffected. Please contact us for return instructions before posting an item.
